All extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. Please kindly check with your country's customs service if you need more information.

Important Notes
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only for commercial address). Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please use a street address when placing an order to avoid delays.

Return Policy
Please contact us within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. Please ensure the product remains their original condition as received. You can exchange the product in another size or color. 

Please note that all products are non-refundable and  the customer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred for the return.
